[FAB-ri-keyt] Solo Exhibition

First off, special thanks to my dear friend Tony who took lots of pictures because he knows I never remember to, kept me company when I felt alone and awkward, and gracefully slid away whenever someone approached me to talk about my work. There are twenty pieces total, four of which made their debut here. It’s a shame we took most of these photos early on, as there was a good sized crowd throughout most of the evening. It makes me really happy to see art centers that not only draw a big crowd, but also have a mix of demographics including children! MOCA Arlington is definitely worth visiting. You can read about the museum on their website, and more about my show specifically here. I’ll be writing in depth about each work soon, but in the mean time, please feel free to enjoy the cheesy big smiles I can’t seem to help flashing whenever I’m in photos. The second to last photo is me with my friend Tom Fitzpatrick, with whom I served on the Virginia Asian Advisory Board a few years ago. The last photo is me and Tony. I have no idea why he’s making that face, lol. The photos are courtesy of me, Tony Nguyen, and MOCA Arlington.

[FAB-ri-keyt] is on view at MOCA Arlington now through September 13, 2026.
